Torsten Lehnert

Torsten started his career within Siemens AG and held various positions in Munich and China before he joined Siemens Dispolok, a Siemens subsidiary being the first player to rent out locomotives in the new developing market for private rail operators in Europe with a full-service concept. When Dispolok was sold to Mitsui in 2006, Torsten was the CFO of that company. End of 2007, Torsten started with a team of two German banks the setup of Railpool, where he now is the CEO since 2013. Railpool is today one of the biggest locomotive leasing companies in Europe with the headquarter in Munich, Germany and is serving customers across Europe.
